Facebook Pa More

I deactivated my facebook and twitter accounts. Well, this is not the first time, but, I have more serious reason this time. I don't want to share my exact reason because I don't want to sound bitter or too emotional. But, I will list down here the vague thought why I did the DEACTIVATION.

THE REASON

Facebook has been so noisy! Most of us check our facebook almost everyday. It became so accessible that mobile networks are offering it in a very cheap price/charge or even free. We have what? Nine-hundred? A thousand of facebook friends? And all of them is posting and sharing everything and anything, some makes sense but most of it are all shit.

How many friends of yours posts about their "hopeless-romantic themed lovelife", it's fine but, why would anyone post five tragic love quotes consecutively? How about those who make "parinig" to their bitchy frienemies. Do they realize how coward they look when they do this? Or those who post overloaded-selfie photos and put a bible verse or an inspirational quote as captions? No one gets that and if you try to ask them, they will just answer "Kanya-kanyang trip yan!". Oh, or these Jejemons and Famewhores whose posts are pure bragging and arrogance. They post with harsh and curse words, they bash people they don't really know. Some will send you a templated message and ask you to like their post or photo. They proclaim superiority out of the numbers of their followers. These are just examples, I know we can list down more, right?

I know you might find me bitter and rude. But, I believe that it's not only me who can say and agree with this. That's why I left the facebook world.

We are all different, we have assorted personalities. We do not have the same religion, status, beliefs, principles. And everytime we meet the contrary of ourselves, that's when we start questioning. Questioning if we are doing the right thing. We question our conscience. We try to think and do the things that might contradict or even kill our true self. If you are weak, you might make compromise or decide to go on something you will regret in the future. That should scare the hell of us!

There are billions of people on facebook. And knowing that these people are on facebook will give you a perception that it is a perfect virtual presentation of the community, or of the world! When someone on facebook tells something is right, and you saw a thousands of likes and comments, this will give you a STANDARD of what is right and what is wrong! Let's get more specific. When someone post an opinion about how perfect is Mr. Dela Cruz as the president of the Philippines, and you saw that this goes for a millions of likes and shares, most of the people will take that as their own as well, even without considering the other parties. Another specific example, when a pretty lady post a selfie photo that has a millions of likes and shares, it may give you a standard of beauty. It may makes you think that this is what the world want, this is beauty!

I'm not saying facebook is not good or beneficial. Facebook itself is a powerful thing in our techie generation. It's just the people on facebook that made it somehow polluted and dangerous.

We have to know ourselves first. If you think that you are human enough and can protect your emotions and beliefs no matter what. If you think that you are strong enough that your conscience cannot be shaken no matter what. Or your wise enough to be flexible to accept and decline a lot of opinions on the internet. Well, go and log in to your facebook and do your thing.

The community that facebook has is a bold representation of the different personality and attitude of the people living in the world. Everyone should be ready for a war everytime we log in on facebook.

Espiritu ng Kasipagan, Sapian mo Ako

You too may had been told to yourself these words, when you have to do a lot of things. In a way that everytime you see your 3-paged To-do lists, you were like...
You were thinking HOW would this past.

TAMAD. Thinking, if it is a valid reason to stay Tamad.

Bakit tamad na tamad si Juan?
I admit, that I myself was guilty with this issue. That's why I came up to think of the reasons why.
It's always in the state of mind, Juan is getting lazy to achieve his goals, because of twisted mentality he has. Here are some;

It is on the news on tv, radio, social media and printed papers that the Philippines has a low economic status, and Filipinos are all aware. Filipinos are getting discouraged, and thinking "Ayy, bagsak nanaman ang ekonomiya, kaya pala ang hirap ng buhay, wala nang pag-asa." We cannot blame the media if they had showed this kind of reports, if it was really a fact. But have you ever thought of it, bakit, dumadami ang mga dayuhan sa bansa natin ngayon? Because they knew that there is a lot of opportunties here in Philippines. And because Philippines has a great wealth.

You heard it right, too much dependability to the goevernment. I am not saying that we haven't to follow and obey the government, but then, c'mmon, politicians has nothing to do with your own success! The government was their to stay everyone united. They have no responsibility of your problems in school, in homes, in your emotional, financial status. Their focus is for the common good, what we need to do is to support and cooperate. They had enough intellect to do with the laws and other implementations.

Another thing, is that putting all the blame to the government when one had felt no progress and nothing is changing. Tsk tsk tsk. That attitude never helped. No Filipino has ever become successful by blaming the government. And so instead of blaming, pause, and think for your own solution and get action into it. Always start in ourselves.

3. Bahala na si Lord, may himala, bakit pa ako magsisipag?
Philippines is a Christian country. Most of us Filipinos strongly believed that God will never forsake us. But  FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD (James 2:26). We were God's children but were not babies though. We should be matured in Christ. Here's my point; God was never pleased to lazy people, and so how come do you think that blessings and miracles would come to Juan Tamad? Be Juan Sipag!

4. Lahat ng Pilipino, Juan Tamad, bakit pa ako nagsisipag?
"Birds of the same feathers, flocks together" If you're thinking that all Filipinos are lazy, you might be in an the Brgy. Juan Tamad. Think of this; If all Filipinos are lazy, why we have now over 10 million of OFWs?
And so, if that everyone is nagtatamaran, anu naman? Why not be the only Juan Sipag to the Juan Tamad's community? Try, maybe you would become an inspiration and start the communitie's progress. (Wooaahh, taray!)

Maybe, until now, you can't consider yourself as tamad. And still your thinking, masipag ka naman, pagod ka araw-araw pero bakit wala namang pagbabagong maganda?
I have an answer for you...

Let me give you an example...
These past few days, you might observe in any social networking sites that many students are wishing and hoping for a class suspensions. Why? Admit it or not, we students SOMETIMES are lazy to do school. We don't like how our teachers torture us with the research paper, term papers and other essay stuffs and thinking that they will not even read these. We're sick of the terrors, of the lectures that has never really absorbed by our tired and drained brains.
Here's the catch: Tinatamad tayo mag-aral, pero masipag tayo gumala, masipag tayo mag-facebook, masipag tayo mag-cut ng classes.
(Ouch)
Well, that's the worst from any form of katamaran.

I am guilty of this, and I'm trying to be right. (PROMISE). And I share to you this, because for me, Wisdom is about to be shared. By the way, thank you again for dropping by. Pa-kiss ulet!
